How it works

Origin to destination, one unbroken record

Every step is confirmed in the Redflag STM mobile app.

Create & hand over

Create the shipment in the STM platform and hand it to the driver as a QR code — scanning it transfers custody.

Pick up with proof

The app guides the driver through the seal inspection and photos of the cargo, the attached seal, and the sealed container, plus the bill of lading and other documents.

Tracked in transit

GPS tracking runs on the driver’s phone. Issues, citations, and documents — customs clearance included — are added en route; each further handover is another QR scan.

Deliver & close

On arrival the driver runs the final seal inspection, documents any issues, and completes the shipment — the custody trace is complete.
